The Royal Group of Companies and its ICT Division of Cellcard, Ezecom, and Wing, were honoured as the World HRD Congress recipients of Asia’s Best Employer Brand awards 2020.

The first World HRD Congress Asia Employer Branding Awards were held in 2010 and the awards this year took place online virtually because of the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. The World HRD Congress is an independent not-for-profit organisation with a purpose to make “work and working lives better”.

The bundle of prestigious awards are a testament to Royal Group Chairman Neak Oknha Kith Meng’s vision for the digitalisation of Cambodia.

Chairman Neak Oknha Kith Meng said after the four awards were announced, “I would like to congratulate our leaders across all our diverse operations for being shining examples of strength, resilience and innovation during this time. Despite the pandemic, we have all kept on the path to deliver our single vision that unites us – not only in our operations and our infrastructure planning – but also as team members as we work to support each other and strengthen the Royal Group’s service offerings to the Cambodian people.”

Every day, more than 70 percent of the Cambodian population engage and transact with a Royal Group product or service. As a 100 percent Cambodian owned group of companies, Royal Group ensures it places its customers first, from the cities into the most remote areas, for the rich and poor, young and old. Kith Meng added, “We have been able to gather our teams and deliver above and beyond the call of duty through innovate services, creating new products, and finding new ways to support our customers and help them in their daily lives – because we care and we know the hardships that many are facing right now.”

The Royal Group of Companies, including Cellcard, Ezecom, and Wing, are proud to be part of the nation’s ongoing recovery.
