Do Forni new menu features signature dishes such as Atlantic King Scallop with saffron sauce, Homemade Black Ink Tagliatelle, Pan Seared Seabass Puttanesca, and Beef Chop, together with succulent cut of finest meat – Australian Grass Fed Beef from Cape Grim.
Just a few words about Cape Grim, Tasmania, it is situated in the far northwest Australia, shaped by wild Southern Ocean swells and an abundant rainfall that has produced the cleanest air.
