With there being thousands of food choices in Phnom Penh and most being at the touch of a button, AHA Central have partnered with Parbury Investments, to bring a new cloud kitchen concept food court.

AHA Central is housed in TK Central which is a mixed-use development located in the heart of the Toul Kork district which houses an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and banks.

Their tagline is “great food, great brands, great taste” and they provide a diversified offering with time honoured brands, popular street food and new culinary trends, along with an interactive dining experience through ordering on an app and on tablets in store.

They want their customers to discover different types of cuisines and food concepts within a convenient safe and smart dining environment.

Speaking to Pantapath, a Thailand national, founder and shareholder of Aha Central, who has been in Cambodia for 14 years told Khmer Times “We have been established for one year.”

The inspiration for the company came from when he was in hospital himself and realised that there were no convenient way of ordering food in Cambodia with good standard and service level both in hospitals and outside in restaurants.

“Aha Central strives to provide the highest quality food and beverage (F&B) services and food related solutions to ever-growing market in Cambodia.

“Our first branch and flagship is fully operated in TK Central in Toul Kork district. We already have many partners such as Home Steak, Pinto’s, Amazing Pho, etc and our next step is opening our food courts in branches of PTT gas stations in the Kingdom.”

Te Vong Chhay Managing Director of Parbury Investments who developed TK Central spoke to Khmer Times “We’re thrilled to welcome AHA Central to TK Central as it will open up the F&B offerings for both our current commercial and future residential tenants.”

PARBURY is a fully Cambodian-owned company founded in 2017 with a vision of creating a better built environment with principles of community-building and solution-based design thinking, which they also own

CBRE are the sole agent and the property manager for TK Central and helped to find the operator and broker the deal between AHA and TK Central. James Hodge CBRE Managing Director told Khmer Times “The addition of Aha Central to the eco-system of the TK Central complex adds a unique offering to the workers within the office building and residents in the surrounding area.

“It’s concepts integrate great design, innovative food offerings, the convenience of technology and the highest standards of food safety. These are all appealing aspects that mean TK Central has further differentiated its offering, and it’s something that will also benefit the serviced apartment residents, providing them with another level of convenience and choice not previously seen in Phnom Penh.”
