Grand Phnom Penh City Villa Project by Chip Mong Land open for purchasers

Chip Mong Land, one of the leading property developers in Cambodia, announced today that it is opening for sale a  new villa project in the Grand Phnom Penh City on July 3 this year.

Speaking at the press conference on Friday, Leang Henry, president of Chip Mong Land, said Grand Phnom Penh City project will provide the residential unit with warmth and environmentally-friendly as well as livable community with a big park in  Phnom Penh City.

“Grand Phnom Penh will provide beyond the normal house for all Cambodian people. The design of each residential unit links with nature,” Mr Leang said. “The sales is from 3-5 July 2020, at the Grand Phnom Penh City. The company will give 8 percent discounts,” he added.

“Though the outbreak of COVID-19, Chip Mong will continue development of its project. The opening of this project is because ​the company has confidence on the government which support the private sector,” he said.

Grand Phnom Penh comprises luxury residential units, villas and an international golf course and Water Park located in a 260 hectare area in Phnom Penh. Chip Mong Land is developing the twin road, sidewalk, and green space, gym, playground, central park and commercial centre in the Grand Phnom Penh city.
