Cambodia’s rice has been honoured with the World’s Best Rice Award 2022 at this year’s World Rice Conference Forum.
The event was held in Phuket, Thailand on November 17. The announcement was made by Song Saran, President of the Cambodian Rice Federation.
Saran said that this is the fifth year that Cambodian rice has won this award, including in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2018 and in 2022.
The President of the Rice Federation thanked the Rice Federation team, members of the agricultural community, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Commerce for supporting the rice production in Cambodia.
